From a farm in Market Harborough using the finest molasses, Revival Rum comes from a love of Rum and a lockdown in which Master distiller James Singlehurst finally got to make his dream a reality.
The Spiced Rum is a Rich Brown liquid which is best enjoyed neat or a Dark & Stormy.
Taste: Tangy sweetness with ripe apricot fruit funkiness. Light black pepper spice with lingering warmth of cinnamon and clove. A slight bitterness soothed with woody spice. A smooth, rounded mouth feel.
Finish: Long and complex with subtle peppery warmth. Attractive earthy, fruity richness amidst long grassy notes with a burst of sweetness to linger on the palate.
