The lighter side of Ojo de Dios. A delicious blend of our Original Joven Mezcal and hand-picked hibiscus flowers from the tranquil coastal town of Rio Grande, Oaxaca which are dried for 40 days before blending.

Nose: Hints of orange peel, hibiscus flowers and pink rose, finished with elegant spiced pepper notes.

Taste: Long, mellow, summer red berries, give way to smoked hibiscus tones, rounded with a chipotle finish.

Finish: Refreshing, rich and lightly herbaceous, with a lingering, sweet yet smoked hibiscus finish.
