This Vermouth was first made by Joseph Dubonnet which was produce to try and combat Malaria for the French Army and many consider this the chosen drink by Queen Elizabeth II.
To product this it is made by taking Fortified Wine and infusing with various Herbs, Spices and Quinine.
The resulting flavour is a Spicy and Sweet Aperitif which has note of Dark Red Grapes and hints of Quinine running throughout.
