We use DPD with the following services. All DPD orders require a signature at your stated delivery address. Orders will not be left safe. If you provide a mobile number on checkout you will receive a text advising your delivery window, this can be changed to suit.

Please note the following delivery to all international deliveries:

Orders shipped outside of the UK may receive Customs duty and taxes when arriving the desired country, customs will contact you directly for payment.

Charges are subject to each country and we would advise getting in contact with the local customs in the area before ordering to an accurate amount.

Unfortunately, we do not know what charges will be incurred and will be unable to assist you with this.

The above also applies to gift orders, the recipient may receive the charges so please check with them first.

All delivery charges leaving the UK are calculated on weight of the parcel, to get your delivery charge simply add the items that you want to your basket and our system will automatically work this out for you.

Does my order include a VAT charge when leaving the UK? 

No. We remove the VAT pricing for all orders outside of the UK. This will either already be done for you if you are not accessing the site from the UK. If you are accessing this from the UK, the VAT will be deducted when selecting the delivery country outside of the UK.

However, there may be charges from your local customs office, they will contact you when the order arrives in the country with the amount, however we do advise checking with them before ordering to get an accurate price. We are unable to assist in this as we do not know what the charges will be.
