Fifty pounds Gin is produced and manufactured in their South-East London distillery which is a small craft distillery that has over two centuries of heritage behind it. This still was built by John Dore & Co limited. 

To create their wonderful Gin the Fifty Pounds team use a 'Batch Process Distillation' method which is over a century old, along with advice from many master distillers which they believe allows them to achieve a Gin which is the purest and finest spirit. They ensure they select the finest botanicals and use only the best bits from this to produce the best Gin possible.
