Edinburgh Gin was first brought out to the general public in 2010 and they have been committed to the distillation of top quality spirits ever since. They take their inspiration from their heritage in Edinburgh where the City have been distilling Gin 1700's, where by 1777 there were 8 legitimate distilleries alongside over 400 not legitimate ones. 

Edinburgh Gin is an 'artful distillation', which captures the spirit of its heritage whilst also adding its modern twist alongside creating some exciting flavours!  They are a small batch distiller which seek to create a Gin for every occasion!
