Cachaca 51 was first produced in 1959 but not for the public. After many different experiments they finally created their perfect recipe and in 1960 they finally released their Cachaca 51 to the world!

Once the Cachaca had take the Brazillian market by storm it took them until 1990 to finally release the popular spirit across the globe, and is now one of the most demanded Cachacas on the market!
