Lovely touch with a thank you note and sweets inside the box however parcel force indicated they tried to deliver my package and should have received a note but never did. I checked my tracker and it had been taken back to the depot, but I received it the day after thank goodness. Not the sellers fault but need to express delivery hiccup

My first time of ordering from this company, for my home-bar, but it was very easy and my order was ready for collection within a few days, this was because it was a bank holiday.
I preferred to pick up my order. Which led to a purchase of some bar snacks too. Friendly staff. Even had some alcoholic tasters at the counter for the customers.
Reasonable prices and would use again.

Three days late. That's quite a shame, isn't it? Instead of saying "sorry", if next time an operator sends a message - our junk van didn't make it or our new "stupid" driver didn't find your address - that can be excused, but like this ??!??
