St Georges has come along way since it was first founded in 1982. The Spirit company was first founded by Jorg Rupf and was a one man operation and was a bare bone operation that only produced eau-de-vie products. Since then it has now developed into a multi production distillery which produces various different Spirits, in a 65000 square foot hangar with a a large team  that is ever increasing. 

Although the distillery has seen this increase in size they still ensure all of their spirits are hand made and created with the same passion and enthusiasm as when Jorg first started, whilst also ensuring that they constantly innovate to produce a better product.
